On Friday, September 11 , 2015, at 3:00 p.m., the Hinds County Patriot Day Observance will be held on the front lawn of the Hinds County Courthouse located at 407 East Pascagoula Street, in Jackson, Mississippi. Patriot Day is observed as the National Day of Service and Remembrance in memory of the 2,977 individuals killed in the 200I September II attacks.
